With the Magento appointments module, appointments can be made for a real life viewing of products or for other reasons. On the front end, a calendar of available appointment dates are shown. In the back end, the shop manager can cancel, modify or approve appointments. A visitor then automatically receives a notification by email for any of such actions. If the visitor is logged in he does not have to leave any information. If this is not the case, the visitor should leave his information behind. Visitors also have the opportunity to change or cancel appointments. Members can do this in the frontend by looking in the “Status appointment” option.
