The project team is multidisciplinary and works in short sprints towards the intended result. Each project starts with sprint zero (the design), followed by sprint 1 and on (the implementation).
After each sprint we’ll provide you with a demo, so you’ll know exactly where we’re at. This also allows us to make adjustments in a timely fashion. All communication goes through our own project management system: Tauroslab.com. With this system you’ll quickly and easily have access to all information regarding the project. Thanks to our pragmatic approach and passion, the quality and run time of your project is guaranteed at all times.
