In our interaction design we determine amongst other things the logic and effective routes. In this we combine optimum user-experience with maximum conversion.

 

Initially we use wireframes to literally draw all routes. Then we construct a clickable prototype to find and eliminate any blind spots and to provide you with even more feeling with our final design.

We clarify – with you – your target groups. Then we translate each target group into a so-called persona; a fictitious person that represents the group.

These persona play central stage during the development of your web shop or website. This allows us to completely focus every online channel on your respective customer groups.

Customer journey

A customer reaches your brand, product or service via different channels – both online and in the real world. As people constantly switch between channels, ‘customer journeys’ are not identical and difficult to orchestrate.
